How do I start the process?
To be considered for our panel, simply follow our process below.
Our easy 3-step joining process:
Complete the ‘Getting to Know You’ form using the secure link.
This will be sent directly to our Intermediary Panel Management Team for review. The form takes about 15 minutes to fill out. Have your Recruitment policy, Training & Competency policy, and Oversight policies handy before you start.
We’ll carry out due diligence checks (typically within 5 to 7 days) and issue our Terms of Business for you to review, sign and return.
With due diligence completed, you'll be set up on our systems, ready to submit business. You’ll also be introduced to your dedicated Bank of Ireland UK contact.
Please note: If your firm or advisers don't submit any business with us for a period of 12 months or more, they’ll be automatically removed from our Intermediary Panel. If you wish to submit business after this, you’ll need to follow our joining process to register again.
